Stoneboat Semolina

For making pasta you need a flour that provides firmness and elasticity. We use a high grain protein variety called CDC Alloy for our Stoneboat Semolina durum wheat flour.

  • Storage instructions

    We recommend refrigeration. As this flour has no additives or preservatives (that is a good thing!) it could spoil if not refrigerated.
