We grind all of our flours by hand in our stone mill.
We make both whole grain and sifted flours.
Whole grain flour - No additives, nothing removed. That means all the nutrients from the grains remain in the finished product for you to enjoy, both in taste and nutritional value.
Sifted flours - After going through the stone mill, the flour is run through a sifter with small screens which removes some of the larger bran and germ particles. This results in a very soft flour similar to All Purpose flour.
