West of the Third

We use a variety of hard white wheat called AAC Cirrus to make this flour. Hard white wheat flour's protein level is best for softer doughs, like breads, cookies, brownies, pizza dough, and pancakes.

  • Storage instructions

    We recommend refrigeration. As this flour has no additives or preservatives (that is a good thing!) it could spoil if not refrigerated.
